Legislative Agendas

City Council sets the policy direction for the City through the annual adoption of a state and federal legislative agenda. The agendas feature key initiatives the City will pursue during legislative sessions.

City team members work within the policy direction established by City Council through the agendas, as well as with the values of the Strategic Plan and Community Promise, to form stances or recommendations on legislation.

Take Action

This section will be updated when opportunities arise for community members to advocate for these initiatives. Examples of advocacy include providing testimony on a specific bill through letters, calls, or in person.
